At Go Native, we believe in serving food that’s good for you and easy on the environment. While Bengaluru has a myriad of options when it comes to grabbing a bite, very few cafes/restaurants care about the impact that growing and consuming food has on the environment.
We scoured the South of India for local farms that could supply us with the freshest produce while maintaining their integrity (Non GMO, pesticide free), and who also practiced environmentally sound farming and fair trade policies. Once we had our sources in place, we referenced authentic Indian recipes and came up with a menu we are quite proud of. We are committed to not using anything imported because India has its own extensive variety of produce and we want to keep our carbon footprint low.
